Прекрасное место с необыкновенным дизайном и добрым хозяином. Я очень рада что мы попали именно сюда. В комнатах чисто и уютно. В душе есть горячая вода и чистые полотенца. В каждом домике есть своя кухня и много посуды, а ещё кофеварка, блендер, чайник. А ещё здесь большая зона отдыха на улице с множеством растений и цветов. Это рай для любителей котиков, здесь их штук 7 наверное, они очень забавные и развлекают гостей.

On another day, Pepe (the owner) said that he missed the cinema and invited us to the cinema for free, and while waiting for the session, he invited us to eat pizza in Gusseppe. And when we returned and the neighbors found out where we were, he went the next day with them and their children, and everything was also at his expense. The house itself is a work of art, full of interesting architectural solutions and cute little things. Of course, this is not a five-star hotel, there are some problems with the fungus in the bathrooms, for example, but let's be honest, look at other options in the area, for such a price-quality ratio, you will not find anything. There are problems with water in the city, there is no centralized heating, but this is not the fault of the owner of the house, there will be no water in the hotel with a price of $100 per night. After talking with the neighbors and the owner, having lived here for almost a month, I realized that good people are good here, if you need housing, especially for a long time, this is the best choice. My advice, if you want to be sure of your choice, rent through Booking Airbnb, for two or three days, and then negotiate with the host for an extension. Firstly, it’s cheaper, these sites charge a large commission, and secondly, it’s easier to control the refund, I heard about one person who paid for a long time on booking, and then demanded a refund from the owner, but the money will come to the owner in a month or two, and when she they tried to explain what she should decide with booking, the host provides all the promised conditions, if you don’t like it, make a return through the site and lose your money, then she was very angry, but continued to live.

Awesome place with awesome owner. Pepe is very kind and hospitable man, always help to solve any problem, apartments are maximum cosy with beautiful greek design.

I really liked the atmosphere in the house, the owner Pepe of the house is friendly, always helps and prompts, there are a lot of animals. Beautiful garden, lots of plans on the territory,different trees, birds. The location of the house is very close to the ocean.

Stood here a few year back, love the experience. would love to go back. Love the deco.
